Processing Times

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. During launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We currently offer shipping across Canada through trusted carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, and other partnered couriers.

Estimated delivery times within Canada typically range from:

  • 1–7 business days depending on location and selected shipping method

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

STRANDED. HAIR currently ships internationally to select countries worldwide.

International delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • customs processing
  • local postal services
  • carrier delays

Estimated international shipping times typically range from:

  • 5–21 business days

Please note that international shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary or extend beyond the provided timeline.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

STRANDED. HAIR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Failure to pay customs fees or refusal of delivery will not qualify the order for a refund.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

STRANDED. HAIR is not responsible for:

  • delays
  • lost packages
  • failed deliveries
    resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, STRANDED. HAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us at contact@shopstrandedhair.com within 72 hours of the delivery update or issue being identified so we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.

Carrier investigations and claims may take approximately 20–25 business days to complete.

Claim approvals and compensation decisions are made solely by the shipping carrier.


Pre-Orders

Items purchased during pre-order events may require extended processing and fulfillment times. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be communicated within the product description, announcement details, and social media where applicable.

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.
