Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through STRANDED.HAIR (shopstrandedhair.com), including orders placed through our website, social media platforms, messaging platforms, or any direct sales channels, are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed unless an exception has been granted.

At Stranded, every order undergoes strict quality control prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards.


Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

Exchanges will only be considered if an incorrect item, texture, length, or order was received due to an error on our end.

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence for review

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the request being denied.


Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned within 24 hours of approval and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Hair must be completely unused
  • All original ties and bindings must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be present
  • Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way

Detailed return instructions will be provided upon approval.


Shipping, Loss, and Claims

    Once an order has been shipped, Stranded. Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

    Customers are responsible for filing any shipping claims directly with the shipping carrier.

    Please note:

    • Shipping investigations may take approximately 10–25 business days to complete.
    • Claim decisions are made solely by the shipping carrier.
    • Stranded. Hair is not responsible for denied claims.

    If a claim is approved by the shipping carrier, compensation or reimbursement will be issued in accordance with the carrier’s claims process and policies.

    Customers may be required to provide proof of claim submission upon request. 


    Important Notes

    We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless:

    • A shipping insurance claim is approved, or
    • Required by law

    We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance after delivery.

    Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions.

    By placing an order with Stranded. Hair, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
